Welcome to Pitter Patter Baby Boutique.
we are a small family business that hand makes unique and custom children's clothing, Nursery Items, Embroidered Towels, Bears, Bunny's Blankets and  LOADS more cause we just love seeing children having their own unique styles.
We endeavor to deliver you the best quality custom clothing and products you can find at a reasonable price. We do our best to have your items made and delivered as fast as humanly possible and like to give a 3-5 day turn over time as being handmade we make to order.
ALL customers get a bonus gift card sent out with their packages.
Australia Post is our choice of service and we try to keep our prices as low as we possibly can, Postage is charged by the weight and size of your parcel and ALL packages will have tracking. USUALLY parcels arrive between 5-7 days. Please feel free to contact us for any further inquiries.If you have a package that was marked as delivered but you have not yet received it, we ask you take the following steps:

Check with your neighbours, family members or front office (if applicable) to see if the package was left there
Reach out to your local post office and lodge a lost item report.
Contact our team missadams31.ka@gmail.com and include your order number and lost item report reference number.
We kindly request that you report your lost or stolen shipment within 7 days of the marked delivery date after inquiring with your family, neighbours and post office.

Once a shipment has been marked as ‘delivered,’ we are no longer responsible for the package, but we will help in any way we can.

Please note that Pitter Patter Baby Boutique is not responsible for refunding or reshipping lost orders due to an incorrect address at checkout.
